Originating in tropical America, Peppers now heat up dishes around the world. The Thai Chili Pepper is a cultivar popular in Southeast Asia. Available green or red, this small and skinny Pepper has a Scoville scale heat rating of over 100,000 units, more than a Jalapeño but less than a Habanero.
